Black Twig Pickers: Twigs show with special guests

hey all: Saturday's Black Twig Pickers show at the Cellar in Blacksburg will be lacking the tolling strum of Brother Isak (busy a-graduating, I hear), but will offer the father-daughter harmonies and scratching/plucking/plunking of Tim and Maggie Thornton, two Shawsvillians who've kicked up an old-time racket for years now at fiddlers conventions and shindigs of all types (and recently, Saturday lunchtimes at the Coffee Mill). The program is for solo, duo (Mike and Nathan; Tim and Maggie), trio and full quartet performance. Hang in and hang on! Music starts at 9, runs until midnight or so.
