Black Twig Pickers: Didn't we ramble

Thanks to everyone who came out for the Black Twig Pickers' expedition up the coast with Jack Rose and Glenn Jones. Taking the string and board racket to new places is always great but this was truly a glorious outing. Good lord, the pizza alone was worth a stack of postcards -- Tony's, DeNino's, Bar... We still love Christian's in Charlottesville, of course, but wow... Trio playing went to new places and a new intensity; Isak's harp playing also hit an unguessed-at frenzy; and the fiddlesticks went to new places too --hope to see you next time...............or better yet, come out this weekend to the Floyd Country Store (Friday) or the Cellar (Saturday) for more Black Twig ruckus.
